How to use these prompts


Who are these kids? One big family?
Kids who live and play in the same street?
Write about some of their adventures.



Prompts

  1. The Butler Did It.
  2. "Science cannot tell us why music delights us, of why and how an old song can move us to tears." Erwin Schroedinger
  3. On Schroedinger's birthday, write about someone or something which is two apparently incompatible things at once.
  4. The grouse hunting season begins. Write a story featuring hunters and/or hunt saboteurs.
  5. It's Vinyl Record Day. Set your story in an old-fashioned record store.

Character Traits
  • Will probably lead an exciting life with lots of change and travel.
  • They may appear to be drifters who never get anywhere.
  • Their daily work is a source of satisfaction. They may work with paper, or in an intellectual career such as history, literature, astronomy or natural sciences. A diplomatic career is possible too as is working for agencies promoting industry or business abroad. Medicine is another possibility.
