Prompts

  1. In 1885 Dr David Livingstone became the first European to discover Victoria Falls. Write a story featuring a waterfall.
  2. It's Have A Party With Your Bear Day. Write about a teddy bear's party - picnic, birthday party, Christmas party - whatever you like as long as the guests are all teddy bears.
  3. "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn." Clark Gable
  4. It's Button Day. Write a story featuring a button, or buttons.
  5. In 1914, a film was released called Making Auntie Welcome. Your character's aunt is coming to stay and must be made welcome. Whether she is a much loved or disliked aunt is up to you. Perhaps she is making demands for her stay which are seriously inconvenient for her hosts. If so, why are they making the effort? Does anything unexpected happen during Auntie's visit?
