Prompts

  1. "It is bitter to lose a friend to evil, before one loses him to death." Mary Renault
  2. Arrows of fate fall from the sky like lightning bolts.
  3. St Lucia is the patron saint of servant girls, scribes, tailors, writers, people with eye problems, salespeople, lamplighters and weavers. Pick one or more of the above to feature in your story.
  4. Mistletoe and Wine.
  5. Lost and Found Day is about now, a day when found items should be returned and/or efforts made to find lost ones. Write a story about a lost item and/or a found item.
